IPS Works Alabama represents an effort between ADMH, ADRS, and VitAL to expand and implement Individual Placement and Supports (IPS) across Alabama. With the support of a SAMHSA grant—Transforming Lives Through Supported Employment—the IPS Works Alabama Project assists providers across the state with the training and development of their IPS teams in an effort to achieve high-fidelity service delivery to consumers in their catchment areas.
