Project FREEDOM is working to prevent opioid overdose deaths in 30 counties in Alabama. First Responders can register for in-person training and receive free naloxone.
VitAL is assisting in the OD2A efforts by building a resource application to serve as a behavioral health educational resource and services directory for the state of Alabama.

The Alabama Provider Capacity Project (APCP) Grant is funded by the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) and is a collaboration between the Alabama Medicaid Agency (AMA), the Alabama Department of Mental Health (ADMH) and VitAL.
VitAL is working alongside the Alabama Medicaid Agency and the Alabama Department of Mental Health to remodel Alabama’s Mobile Crisis System of Care.
