  • About the Conference

ADMH is proud to announce its 2026 employee conference, where our theme is “Mental Health Matters: A Better You, A Better ADMH.”  The goal of this event is to provide employees with detailed information about ADMH and to equip employees to grow in their personal and professional lives, with those we serve foremost in our minds.

The employee training sessions will cover trauma-informed care and a variety of other topics.  This year’s conference will deepen your understanding of the impact of trauma and promote resilience, healing, and unity. Regardless of your role within the department, this conference will offer tools, strategies, and inspiration to create safer, stronger, and more compassionate environments for all.

In addition to the training sessions, staff should come prepared to have fun and enjoy networking with fellow employees.
